As many of you know, at the beginning of the year I will be doing my biannual Standard Process Purification Program. Many people have attended our talks in the office about the Purification Program, while others have expressed interest from the buzz that has been going around the office. I'd like to answer the question that I have been getting from all of those people who are interested in what the Purification Program is and what are the benefits of participating. Standard Process defines the Purification Program as a, "21-day program that utilizes whole food supplements; whole, organic, and unprocessed food; and water to cleanse the body so that you can have more energy, maintain a healthy weight, and improve your digestion. Purifying offers you a way to enjoy the best your body has to offer." Purification can help you remove natural toxins from your body and help you maintain a healthy weight. In addition, many doctors have found that the Purification Program also helps some individuals lower their cholesterol levels naturally without any medications. The Purification Program stimulates specific detoxification organs in your body, specifically the liver, kidneys, small intestines, and large intestines. With help from these organs, your toxic load will decrease and your body will concentrate its energy on purification and weight reduction.
The Purification Program will begin for me on January 2, 2010. I recommend starting to program on the weekend. The reason behind this is because if you are like me, giving up caffeine will give you a bit of a headache. This will be difficult for a couple of days but by Monday the headaches should subside and you will be able to get through the day without the headache. Personally, I need to have my mind clear with minimal distractions while I'm at work and this is why I will start my program on a Saturday.
If you would like to do a Purification Program, contact us at the office and we will get the necessary products ready for you.
